- 200 metre river swim with fins from Skinnerberge (Heidal Rafting put-in to GO Rafting put-in)
- 2 kilometer riverboard from GO Rafting put-in to Samfunshus.
- 3.5 kilometer kayak or ducky from Samfunshus to Gølfstrommen Rapid.
- 5.5 Kilometer R4 raft from Gølfstrommen Rapid to Sjoa Rafting.
